Planned Service Agreements:
What Service? You mean I have to service this thing? Mine is
maintenence free! Ok and if you believe that, I have beautiful
beach front property in Nebraska you might be interested in...
Ok lets face it, you know the calls you get from Hvac companies
saying: We do this and we do that, we are running a special (only to
find out the special already has a pumped up price) and the service
tech was there and gone in 15 mins saying everything was ok.
These are the types of companies that put a black eye on the industry,
causing mistrust. So we do understand your apprehension. We do not

If you do not clean and maintain your unit, it will fail there is no
if, only when. The unit is mechanical, if you do not properly service
the system you cut the life expectancy in half. You also cause the
system to excessively run. Do I need to tell you what this effects?
Well I will, the constant run time will drive your Gas/Electric bill up
and through the roof. You will also put excessive wear on the
system. Then when the system fails people have this habit of blaming
the unit. Piece of junk! Garbage! There is no quality anymore!
But what usually happens when the service tech comes out and
asks when was it last serviced, customers look down at their feet and say
"I never had it serviced." Ok needless to say, do you not change the
oil in your car? Do you not have to bring it in for service to ensure
your warranties are in good standing? If you say no, don't bother
reading the rest of this and fend for yourself. But if you say yes, please
read on.
